Unable To Create A Metwallet Password

I am a Chamet user from Nigeria and I have been unable to create a password for my Met wallet since 14 September. When I try to set the password on my Android phone, the screen keeps showing the warning “Enter 8–16 characters that include letters and numbers,” even though my password already meets this requirement. Because of this, I cannot complete the Met wallet setup and cannot move forward with using the wallet. Inside the app, I tried to reach support, but there is no option that matches this specific problem, so I could not get any help. I am stuck on the same password screen every time. I kindly request your support to help me successfully create my Met wallet and complete the password setup so that I can use my wallet without further issues.
