Metwallet Account Disabled

I am a user from Pakistan and I have been using Gemgala MetWallet with my old phone number ID 92 3071429*** (03071429***). My account with this old ID has been disabled and I now receive the message “The phone number has been disabled” when I try to log in. By mistake I created a new account with the number 03144913***, but all of my dollars and balance are in my old ID 92 3071429***. I still have the SIM card for my old number with me and I can verify ownership if needed. I kindly request you to urgently enable and restore access to my old Gemgala MetWallet ID 92 3071429*** and to delete or close my new account with number 03144913***, because I only want to use my old ID where my money is stored.
