MetaMask Token Transfer Issue – Missing Coins and Misleading Support Response

I approved a transaction for Goat-based tokens on MetaMask, but the coins never appeared in my account. When I contacted customer support, they claimed it was a "misleading transaction," which is entirely untrue.
The issue arose after I copied the contract address directly from CoinMarketCap and verified all the token details on MetaMask. I successfully approved the transaction, yet the tokens remain missing. Support blamed the issue on me purchasing a "misleading token." If this is the case, why does MetaMask still allow transactions for tokens they deem misleading?
The token remains listed on CoinMarketCap, and trading is still active. Even if it were misleading, my purchased tokens should be refunded to my account. I urge MetaMask to take responsibility, correct this issue promptly, and ensure user transactions are protected.
