My Merrell J067804 Sneakers Developed a Tear Without Misuse

I purchased a pair of Merrell J067804 model sneakers from Kasaba Store in Nazilli, Aydın. I bought the shoes approximately 6 months ago, but since they are intended for summer use, I have only been wearing them regularly for the last 3 months. Despite this limited and normal usage, a tear developed in the front part of the shoe, and this issue is clearly unrelated to any misuse on my part. I noticed the damage about 10 days ago.

Since I currently live in İzmir, I have not been able to return the product to the original store where I purchased it. However, experiencing this kind of tearing within such a short period and under normal daily use conditions is completely inconsistent with the level of quality I expected from a product at this price level.

I believe the product is defective. My primary request is a full refund for the shoes. If that is not possible, then I at least want the product to be replaced with a new pair that does not have any defects. I kindly request assistance regarding this issue.
