Merrell Shorts Return Rejection Request

I purchased a pair of shorts from your Merrell store on Sunday, 05.07.2026. Two days later, I brought the product back to the same store for a refund without ever using it, with the tag still on and in complete, undamaged condition. Despite this, my refund request was refused with the statement that refunds are not accepted, and only a gift card was offered instead. My payment of ₺4,479 was made by card, and I still have the receipt/invoice and all purchase documents with me. In line with Merrell’s return policy and general consumer rights, I kindly request that my situation be reviewed once again and, if possible, that my payment of ₺4,479 be refunded to my card instead of being limited to a gift card.
