Mercedes Me App Unavailable in Our Country - Urgent Resolution Needed

The Mercedes Me app, which is available for Mercedes vehicles, is unfortunately not usable in our country at the moment. It was available before, but for some reason, it was shut down in August of last year, and as a result, many features of Mercedes vehicles are now inaccessible.

I’m not sure whether this issue is due to Turkish authorities or if the importing company has failed to meet the country's regulations, but we expect this to be resolved promptly by Mercedes. Companies are responsible for fulfilling their obligations to the government, and therefore, we expect this issue to be addressed quickly so that we can fully utilize all the features of our Mercedes vehicles.
