Mercedes-Benz Changed My Brake Pads but My Car Still Has Issues

Hello, I took my vehicle to Otomol Baykan Otomobil A.Ş. for maintenance on 05/2024. The maintenance was done. After 5 months, when I received a brake pad error warning on my vehicle, I took my vehicle to Otomol Baykan Otomobil A.Ş. again. I told them that I received a brake pad warning despite the maintenance. They said that it was not their fault and that the brake pads needed to be changed. I paid the fee and the brake pads were changed and the discs were cleaned. The evening I received it, a high-pitched sound started coming from the discs. Based on the problem I had with Otomol Baykan Otomobil A.Ş., this time I went to Gülsoy Otomotiv San ve Ticaret A.Ş. I reported my problem and complaint. Again, they said that the problem was not caused by Otomol and changed it by charging me for 4 brake pads and 4 discs. The Mercedes complaint line also returned the same way. During this time, I continued to use my vehicle in the city. 15 days ago, when I went over 100 on a long road and pressed the brakes, the vehicle started to shake. I went to Gülsoy Otomotiv San ve Ticaret A.Ş. They said that it was a user error and that the front 2 pads and the disc should be changed at my expense. They said that it was my usage error even though they changed the discs and pads 4 months ago. How could this vehicle have a usage error other than automatically pressing the brake and accelerator? I have been using my vehicle for 4 years and there has been no problem with my vehicle for 4 years, how could such an incident occur after the pads and discs were changed due to my usage? I also registered with the Mercedes complaint line today. I request that my grievance be resolved. I request the refund of the fees collected from me. Thank you

Hello, a record was created at your call center on the 11th of the month. It was communicated that a response would be provided the next day, but I have not yet received any feedback.

Hello, today at 18:39, when I spoke with your call center at 4446244 because I had not yet received a response, I was informed that the record I opened on 11.03.2025 at 20:48 could not be accessed. I find it difficult to understand how my complaint, which was taken as a voice recording, cannot be found. They told me that there is no record and that they need to open a new one. While I have been waiting for a response for 4 days, the record is nowhere to be found. I would like to express my dissatisfaction with your service.

"Update: I Still Haven’t Received a Positive Response to My Complaint Although I have contacted Mercedes-Benz Gelecek Otomotiv Diyarbakır Authorized Service and the relevant authorities regarding the issue of the headlight replacement, which was previously approved under warranty but later rejected (the details of which I shared in my initial complaint on 07.04.2025), I still have not received a satisfactory, solution-oriented response. Despite the time that has passed, I have only been offered a discount. However, there has been no official, written explanation as to why a process previously accepted under warranty was later made chargeable. I would like to reiterate that I reserve my legal rights under Consumer Rights, that my grievance continues, and that I expect the Mercedes-Benz brand to address the process seriously and provide a solution. If the issue is not resolved; - I would like to state that I will initiate application processes with the Consumer Arbitration Committee, - Mercedes-Benz Turkey Headquarters, - And, if necessary, with the relevant legal authorities. I would like to point out that one of the main reasons for being a Mercedes-Benz customer is my trust in the premium quality service of the brand and my belief that I would not be subjected to such grievances. However, the reluctance to resolve this issue is turning the premium perception into disappointment. I expect a global brand like Mercedes-Benz, which values customer satisfaction, to address this situation urgently with an understanding that prioritizes customer satisfaction."
