Received Stained Product and Wrong Size from Zara
One of the items I ordered from Zara arrived with a stain, clearly sent without any quality check. To make matters worse..., they also sent the wrong size for another product. Yet, we can't even try jackets on in the fitting rooms! It's frustrating that such a reputable company pays so little attention
