Pull&Bear Has Not Issued My Refund After 14 Days

On September 6, 2026, I purchased three T-shirts from the Pull&Bear online store. The products arrived on September 10, ...and when I wanted to exchange two of the T-shirts, I went to the Forum Bornova store. The store told me that they could not process an exchange because it was an online purchase an
