Top Surveys Reward Problem - Amazon Gift Card Conversion Refused

It is difficult to use a PayPal international account in India, so at my request Top Surveys issued my reward points as ...an Amazon gift card. I now want them to redeem my other two rewards in the same way, but they have not done this so far.
