Capitec Payment Not Credited

On 4 September 2026 an amount of R200 was debited from my Capitec account via the Capitec app for a payment to my 1win a...ccount, but the money has not reflected in my 1win balance. I have not yet received any assistance on this issue. I am requesting that Capitec urgently investigate this transaction
