Booking.com & Transavia Stole My Flexible Flight Fee

I purchased a Transavia flight through Booking.com and explicitly added the "flexible option," for which I paid an extra... fee. Despite this, they refused to change my flight date and outrageously claimed they never received the payment for flexibility! I've spoken to numerous agents through the Help
