I booked a hotel through Stayforlong.com, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked to find out that there was no r...eservation under my name. I gave the receptionist the confirmation number and the name of the site, only to be told they don’t work with Stayforlong and never received any booking
Please, can you explain your process to claim the refund?. I had exactly the same situation yesterday. On top of not having a booking at all, the hotel was full, so i needed to look for another place and pay again. In resume, I lost the money of the fake booking. Plus I paid a lot for a last minute accommodation in another place. They answer calls and try to entertain me with endless conversation and pretending to be checking with their "team". But they do not provide me with any complaint or case number. They don't answer the emails. Please, what is the exact procedure with the bank?
