Arrived in Izmir on March 31, 2024, on a Pegasus Airlines flight from London at 22:45. Even though my carry-on bag clear...ly met the size requirements, the staff in London refused to allow it, claiming that the regulations had changed, despite my baggage allowance of 40 kg and 8 kg for hand luggage.
