On July 21, 2024, I purchased a SteelSeries Aerox 5 Diablo IV Edition limited wireless mouse from Vatan Computer. While ...the product was still under warranty, it malfunctioned on June 22, 2026, so I submitted it to the service center. After the service process, I was informed that the exact model I
