Flixbus Lost My Luggage on Aachen-Paris Trip

On my Flixbus voyage from Aachen, Germany, to Paris, France, on 09.04.2024 at 01:00 (midnight), when we got at the Paris bus terminal and I requested the driver for my suitcase, we couldn't find it in the luggage compartment. Either a passenger snatched my suitcase in Paris before I got off, or it was taken at a prior station. My suitcase contained all of my clothing and personal care products. My entire vacation itinerary went crazy. The clothes were pricey, purchased expressly for my European vacation, and had yet to be worn. I want to be reimbursed for my losses.
