Withdrawal Successful But Not Received

I am using the Nepal version of Melbet and on 18/06/2026 I requested four separate withdrawals from my Melbet account (ID: 1684588***) via E-sewa wallet transfer. The withdrawal requests were for 15,000 NPR, 25,000 NPR, 25,000 NPR and 25,000 NPR to my E-sewa wallet number 9811268***. In the Melbet app, all four withdrawals have been showing as successfully processed for about two days. However, although I received the 15,000 NPR and one of the 25,000 NPR withdrawals in my E-sewa wallet, the remaining two 25,000 NPR withdrawals have still not been credited to my E-sewa account, despite the app status showing them as successful. This situation is causing me serious concern, as a significant total amount is missing. I contacted Melbet customer care and was told to go to the payment queue section and fill out the form, which I did immediately. Despite following this instruction, I have not received any response or update about the missing funds. I request that the two missing withdrawals of 25,000 NPR each be credited to my E-sewa wallet without further delay, or that you urgently investigate what is blocking these transfers, resolve the issue as soon as possible, and clearly confirm the status to me in writing.
