My experience with Melbet has been nothing short of disappointing. From the very beginning, I had the distinct feeling that this platform cares more about its own profits than its users. The customer support is unprofessional and sluggish—my inquiries were left unanswered for several days, and when they finally replied, the responses were vague and completely unhelpful.

As a customer, I expected at least basic assistance and transparency, especially from a platform with this level of popularity. Unfortunately, every time I tried to clarify an issue, I was met with inaction and indifference. The problems just kept piling up, and I felt completely neglected.

Melbet must take responsibility and urgently improve their support service. I demand a proper resolution and expect to be treated with the respect every user deserves.
