For the past five days, since 17 April, I have been unable to withdraw funds from my Megapari sports betting account. Each time I try to withdraw, the system displays the message “Payment rejected by the operator” and the withdrawal is not processed. During this period I have continued to use the account, make deposits and place bets, and I recently decided to withdraw a fraction of my winnings. When I attempted to withdraw approximately KSh 100,000, the problem started and has persisted since then. I have contacted Megapari customer support every day about this issue. Each time, I am told that the problem is being solved and that I should try again after 12 hours, but nothing changes and no clear explanation is given. This ongoing delay and lack of a concrete solution has caused me serious concern about the security and accessibility of my funds. I request that my withdrawal of approximately KSh 100,000 be processed immediately and that the technical issue preventing withdrawals be resolved without any further delay. I also expect a clear and transparent explanation of the cause of this problem and assurance that similar issues will not occur again.
