Unauthorized Mega Miles Subscription Added to My Vodafone Phone Bill

An unauthorized subscription under the name "Mega Miles" was initiated on my mobile account without my knowledge or consent. What is this service, why are customers being subjected to these unfair charges, and why is this fee being billed directly to my phone statement? I demand that this grievance be fully resolved.
