Mega Miles Subscription Charged Without Consent – I Want It Canceled
A Mega Miles subscription was activated on my Vodafone line without my knowledge or consent. I never approved this, yet I was charged for it. My son uses this line, and since he is a minor, he may have unknowingly clicked something that triggered the subscription.
This is completely unfair! Vodafone should have better security measures in place to prevent unauthorized subscriptions, especially for accounts used by children. I did not agree to this charge, and I demand an immediate cancellation and a full refund.
Vodafone, you need to stop these unauthorized charges and ensure customers are not tricked into subscriptions they never intended to sign up for! Fix this issue now!
