For about three months, I have been receiving almost daily informational and promotional emails from Meditopia. Each time I try to unsubscribe by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the emails, I receive an “an error occurred” message, and my subscription is not canceled.
The email address I use is z**********@gmail.com**. I have not contacted customer service so far because such a basic action repeatedly failing is extremely frustrating. I no longer want to receive these emails, and I request that my subscription be completely canceled.
I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
