I haven’t used Meditopia for a long time, but I kept receiving emails from them, so I decided to log in and delete my account. However, when I entered my email and password, I got an error saying "Invalid credentials."
I then tried to reset my password and successfully created a new one, but the same issue continues—I still can’t log in. This is extremely frustrating because I have no way to access or manage my account.
