I started a 1-week free trial in the Meditopia app. Since I was not satisfied, I planned not to continue the membership after the trial ended. However, on November 6, approximately $31 USD was charged to my account without my consent, and an annual subscription was activated. I did not receive any notification or warning that my membership would automatically convert to a paid plan once the free trial ended.
The payment was made using my card ending in 5341. The email address associated with my account is e********@gmail.com**. My subscription is still active, and I will cancel it today. This has never happened to me before, and it occurred entirely without my knowledge.
