Meditopia Charges Annual Fee but Ignores Refund Requests

The annual membership fee for the Meditopia app was charged to my account via Google Play on December 28 in the amount of approximately $31 USD. Since I do not want to use this membership, I tried to contact the company to request a full refund.

So far, even though I have sent 4–5 emails to Meditopia, I have not received any response at all. Although they state in their own explanation that they respond within one day, this timeframe has been exceeded multiple times. In addition, they mention that the refund period is one month, but because I have not received any response, I am worried that this period will expire and that I will be unfairly disadvantaged.

I request that my $31 USD annual membership fee be fully refunded as soon as possible, and I would also like to be informed as to why my email requests have gone unanswered.
