McDonald’s App Won’t Open on Samsung S23 FE Despite Reinstalling from Google Play

Since October 10, 2025, I have been unable to use the McDonald’s mobile app on my Samsung S23 FE phone. I had previously used the app without any problems, but now when I try to open it, I receive the following error message:

“Your device is not compatible. For security reasons, this application will not run on your device. Consider reinstalling and try again.”

Even though I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the issue persists. I download it directly from Google Play, and I haven’t made any updates, resets, or format changes to my phone. This is the first time I’ve ever encountered this problem.

I log in to the app using p*@gmail.com**, and I live in Ankara. I request that this issue be resolved promptly so that the app can function properly again on my device.
