I recently downloaded the McDonald’s mobile app, but I haven’t been able to log in at all. Every time I try to sign in, I receive a generic error message, and the app won’t move forward. I’ve already tried the basics: restarting my phone, checking for app updates, and even reinstalling it—but nothing has worked.
This issue is especially frustrating because I wanted to use the app to take advantage of current deals and promotions, but I can’t even get past the login screen.
