McAfee Forces Yahoo Search Despite Repeated Removal Attempts

I’ve been facing an issue with McAfee where it automatically switches my default search engine from Google to Yahoo without my consent. Despite repeatedly removing and disabling this setting, it keeps reverting to Yahoo. This behavior is extremely frustrating, as I never authorized such changes to my browser settings.

It’s unacceptable for a paid antivirus service to force unwanted features or ads on its users. I chose McAfee to protect my system, not to impose unnecessary and intrusive settings. There are many free antivirus options available, and this experience has made me regret my purchase.

I urge McAfee to address this problem immediately and stop imposing unwanted changes. Otherwise, I will no longer consider renewing my subscription.
