Very Irritated Eyes from Maybelline Tattoo Liner

Hello, I recently bought a Maybelline tattoo liner from the Monoprix store in Fontainebleau, France, two days ago, and I still have the receipt. This is the second time I’ve purchased it, as I noticed some changes had been made to the pencil’s packaging. Unfortunately, it burns and irritates my eyes just like it did when I bought it over a year ago. The irritation was unbearable, and I had to rush back home to wash it off immediately. It’s very disappointing because I have never had any reaction to makeup before. I still have both the pencil from last year and the one I purchased two days ago, both bought in France. I’m not sure what to do now, as that’s €22 wasted, and I can’t wear makeup on my eyes for a few days. Have others complained about this? Please help.
