Mavi Jeans Torn Within a Year and Warranty Claim Rejected

I bought a pair of Mavi jeans from one of your Mavi stores less than a year ago. Although the product has not been in use for a very long time, a tear occurred on it, which I consider to be a quality problem. I took the jeans to the store and they were sent in for inspection under warranty. However, I was informed that the issue was evaluated as a “washing error” and my request was rejected. I do not agree with this assessment, because I believe that such a tear should not occur in such a short period of time under normal use. I kindly request that my jeans be taken back under warranty and that a product exchange or a refund be provided, and that this situation be reconsidered in favor of the customer.
