Match Pub Charged Me but Never Delivered My Coins
At around 8:00 p.m. yesterday, I made two separate coin purchases in the Match Pub app using my debit card. One transaction was for $5, and the other was for $3, and both charges were successfully processed. However, the coins I purchased were never credited to my account. My Match Pub account ID is 79dd25...B165.
After discovering the issue, I contacted Match Pub customer support, but no solution has been provided, and the purchased coins have still not been added to my account. I have been charged for both transactions, yet I did not receive the digital items I paid for.
I request that Match Pub review both transactions and either credit the purchased coins to my account in full or issue a full refund for both unauthorized charges.
