Match Pub Didn't Credit My 2,000 Credits After Payment

I first purchased 2,000 credits in the Match Pub app through Google Play. I paid using Vodafone Mobile Payment, and it has been about five minutes since the transaction was completed, but the 2,000 credits have still not been added to my account. Later that same day, I purchased another 1,000 credits, and those were credited to my account immediately. The problem only affects the 2,000-credit purchase.

During the transaction, I did not receive any confirmation SMS or other notification from Vodafone Mobile Payment. My Match Pub user ID is 7bc7dce7-1acd-436c-85ef-7388fca55CD3. After completing the payment, I checked the app and confirmed that my credit balance had not increased. This issue has caused unnecessary delays and inconvenience.

I request that Match Pub and the appropriate parties investigate my 2,000-credit purchase made through Vodafone Mobile Payment and add the missing credits to my account as soon as possible.
