Matbet Has Not Credited My $122 Bank Transfer Deposit

Today, I deposited $122 into my Matbet account via bank transfer, but the funds have not been credited to my account balance.
I transferred the money from my Enpara bank account to a DenizBank account provided for Matbet deposits. The transaction was completed successfully on my bank's side, and the funds were deducted from my account without any issue. However, after the transfer was completed, my Matbet account balance did not change and the deposit was not reflected in my account.
I immediately contacted Matbet live support to report the problem and explained that the deposit I had sent was missing from my account. The response I received was that they could not see any such transaction on their side and therefore could not take any action. I do not find this response acceptable because I have clear evidence that the transfer was completed successfully.
I possess the bank receipt and transaction records related to this deposit and am fully prepared to provide them upon request. These documents clearly show that the funds were sent to the designated account.
I request that Matbet urgently investigate this missing deposit, locate the transferred funds, and credit the $122 to my account balance without further delay. If the funds cannot be credited, I request that the full amount be returned to my Enpara account immediately and without any financial loss on my part.
