Matadorbet Refuses Fair Bonus Despite My Continuous Deposits
I’ve been constantly depositing money into Matadorbet, and I’m honestly fed up. I can’t make any withdrawals, and the weekly loss bonus they give is almost one-thousandth of what it should be. Compared to other sites, the bonuses are extremely low, and this situation has caused me significant frustration and financial loss.
When I contacted customer service, they claimed I wasn’t eligible for any bonuses, but despite my consistent deposits, I’m not getting any fair return or benefit.

For about a month, despite repeatedly requesting a call and sending emails regarding my bonus request, I have not received any response whatsoever. I have also tried live support and other communication channels, but I have not received any replies from any of them. During this process, I have suffered a financial loss of 15,000 TL and my grievance continues.
I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that I be contacted.
