Matadorbet Ignored My ₺1,000,000 Loss and Refused to Pay Weekly Bonus I Deserve

I’ve lost nearly ₺1,000,000 on Matadorbet, and despite the massive losses, they have refused to pay the weekly loss bonus I’m clearly entitled to. Based on their own rules, I should be receiving well over ₺100,000 in weekly loss bonuses. Instead, they responded with a dismissive and insulting message claiming, “You don’t have any losses, so no bonus is due.”

Are they serious? How can a site claim I didn’t lose when I’ve spent months depositing and losing on their platform? This response isn’t just dishonest—it’s blatant manipulation. Matadorbet clearly doesn’t care about fair treatment or loyal users.
