1xWin Keeps My ₹7,500 Withdrawal Pending and Won’t Send My Money

I have been using the 1xWin application and on 11 June I requested a withdrawal of ₹7500 via bank transfer to my SBI India account. Since that date, the withdrawal has been stuck in “pending” status and the money has not reached my bank account. I contacted 1xWin customer support and even requested that my account be deleted, but I did not receive any meaningful response or solution. The lack of communication and the pending withdrawal make the system feel completely unreliable and fraudulent to me. I request that 1xWin process this pending ₹7500 withdrawal immediately and close my account as I no longer wish to use this platform.
