Masterpass Won’t Let Me Delete My Inactive Debit Card

The Debit card number 528133********69 of Kuveyt Türk Participation Bank, which I registered on Masterpass last year, is currently inactive. For this reason, I wanted to delete it from the system. Despite all my efforts, I could not get any results, and the process did not take place even though I clicked "yes" on the delete screen. I also tried removing the card through different devices and browsers, but nothing changed. Additionally, I contacted customer service, but they only provided generic responses without offering a real solution. I request that this card be deleted from the system and that I receive positive feedback as soon as possible.
