Masteredu AI Subscription Charge of ₹599 I Never Authorized

I recently discovered that an amount of 599 Rs was deducted today from my Karnataka Bank account as an auto‑pay for a Masteredu AI OTT subscription, even though I did not knowingly authorize or willingly subscribe to such a service. This payment appears as an automatic subscription payment, and this is the first time 599 Rs has been charged in this way. I consider this transaction unauthorized and I do not wish to continue any form of subscription or auto‑pay related to Masteredu AI. I request that the 599 Rs taken from my account be fully refunded and that any Masteredu AI auto‑pay or subscription mandate linked to my Karnataka Bank account be permanently cancelled so that no further deductions are made in the future. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and a confirmation to be provided after the refund and cancellation are completed.
