Masteredu AI Auto-Pay Deduction After Cancellation Attempt

I am writing regarding an auto‑pay transaction from my FamPay account to “Master Al / Master AI” for ₹599 on 2 October 2026 at around 9:38 PM. I had tried to cancel this auto‑pay, but despite my attempt, the cancellation did not happen and the amount was still deducted. In the app, it shows an auto‑pay approval screen for Master AI with a ₹599 limit from my FamX account to the masterai@yespay address. Because I tried to cancel and did not intend this payment to go through, I do not want to continue with this auto‑pay. I request that the ₹599 deducted through this failed‑cancellation auto‑pay be refunded to my FamPay account and that this auto‑pay mandate be fully cancelled so that no further charges are made without my clear consent. I expect this issue to be checked urgently and the incorrect auto‑pay deduction to be reversed as soon as possible.
