Marks & Spencer Mavibahçe Store Has Poor Fitting Room Management
On July 15, around noon, I experienced a serious issue with the fitting rooms at the Marks & Spencer İzmir Mavibahçe store. The number of fitting rooms is extremely insufficient, and because customers who enter the fitting rooms stay inside for long periods, a significant line forms outside.
Although I reported this situation to the store employees, no warning was given and no action was taken to ensure that the fitting rooms were used more efficiently and fairly. This level of indifference and lack of organization from a large and corporate brand like Marks & Spencer is very disappointing.
I request that the use of fitting rooms be monitored more carefully and consistently by store staff, that customers who occupy the fitting rooms unnecessarily for long periods be politely reminded, and that the number of fitting rooms be increased to reduce waiting times during busy periods.
