H&M Would Not Let Me Use the Fitting Rooms at Ankara CEPA Mall
Today, I visited the H&M store located in Ankara CEPA Shopping Mall to shop for clothing. While browsing the store, I wanted to use the fitting rooms to try on several items before making a purchase. However, when I went to the fitting room area, I found that the fitting rooms were closed.
I approached a store employee to ask about the situation and whether I could use one of the fitting rooms. The employee informed me that I would not be able to try on any products and did not allow me to access the fitting room area.
Being unable to try on clothing made it much more difficult to evaluate sizes, fit, and overall suitability before purchasing. As a result, the shopping experience became frustrating and inconvenient. Trying on clothing is an important part of apparel shopping, and the inability to do so negatively affected my confidence in making a purchase.
I request that H&M reopen the fitting rooms for customer use at its Ankara CEPA Mall location and take the necessary measures to ensure that customers can properly try on products before purchasing. I also hope steps will be taken to prevent similar situations from affecting future shoppers and their in-store experience.
