Marc Washing Machine Cleaner Caused Bad Odor—Made It Worse Instead of Cleaning

I purchased Marc Washing Machine Cleaner and followed the instructions exactly as stated on the package. However, after using it, my machine started emitting a terrible odor that wasn’t there before. I regret using it, as I had no smell issues before applying this product.

I bought it assuming it would remove limescale buildup, but instead of improving the situation, it made things much worse. On top of that, the machine even malfunctioned, which is another issue entirely.

I need an immediate response from Marc regarding why this is happening and how to fix it.
