On February 5, 2026, I purchased a pair of pants (product code 27091278) from Mango’s online store. Although I specifically selected size medium, I received a size large instead. As a result, I created a return/exchange request on February 10, 2026.
For approximately one and a half months, I received no updates regarding my order, nor did I get any clear response from customer service. Despite contacting them multiple times, I was not provided with clear or satisfactory information about the status of the process. Eventually, I was told that the product was out of stock and that a refund would be issued, and today I was informed that the refund process has been initiated.
Throughout this entire process, I expected at least an apology for the mistake, but no such effort was made. Due to the incorrect size being sent, the excessive delay, and the lack of communication, I have been inconvenienced. I expect my situation to be taken seriously and for a customer-focused approach to be adopted.
My order number is EZ8Y24, and the amount I paid is approximately $30.
