Mango Order Delayed 20 Days, Item Canceled Despite Being in Stock

I placed an order on Mango’s website (Order No: EC4X6G) during a sale, purchasing two items. It has been 20 days, and my order status still shows as "being prepared." To make matters worse, one of the items was canceled, supposedly due to being out of stock.
However, when I checked Mango’s website, the same item in the same size is listed as in stock and available for purchase. When I contacted customer service, they told me to reorder the item, but the sale has ended, and I would now have to pay the full price. This is completely unethical.
I demand a resolution—either reinstate my original order at the discounted price or deliver the canceled item. If necessary, I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Please address this promptly.
