Mango Online Order Has Not Arrived After 18 Days
The package I ordered from Mango’s online shopping website has still not arrived after 18 days, even though the system shows it as “shipped.” There is no proper communication number or customer support contact available, making it impossible to get clear information about where my package is or when it will arrive.
It is unbelievable that a shipment has still not been delivered to a major city like Istanbul after 18 days. The lack of communication, updates, and customer support throughout this process has caused serious frustration and disappointment. This online shopping experience has completely made me regret purchasing from Mango.
I urgently request that Mango contact me immediately regarding my delayed shipment, provide clear information about the status of my package, and resolve this delivery issue as soon as possible.
