I subscribed to the MadMuscles service on 12 August 2025 and decided to cancel my subscription on 8 November 2025, which was four days before the three‑month renewal date. Despite cancelling in advance, I was still charged on 12 November 2025 for another three‑month period. After seeing this charge, I tried to access my account, but the platform stated that there was no account corresponding to my email address, even though I had previously exchanged numerous emails with MadMuscles using this same email. My account appears to have been removed from the system, yet my payment information is still being used. Two weeks ago, on 12 February 2026, I was charged yet again for another three‑month period, even though I have no access to any account and, according to customer service, my account does not even exist anymore. When I contacted customer service, I was told that nothing could be done because my account was not in the system. I request a full refund of the charges taken after my cancellation, specifically the payments in November and February, and I also want my financial data to be permanently deleted from your systems. I expect written confirmation that my subscription is fully cancelled, that no further charges will be made, and that my payment details have been removed.
