I have a complaint about Macfit Bakırköy Migros branch. I have never seen a branch as irresponsible as you in my life. My membership was ending on June 15th, they called me maybe 20 times a month ago, I did not ask for it and did not approve it, yet they withdrew money from my account and renewed the membership on their own, ignoring my approval. Then I called customer service and requested that it be canceled and my money refunded. They said they couldn't do anything for me and that this transaction was done at the branch and they would call me. I asked for their number, they cannot call there from outside, after I told them to wait for their call and they would get back to me within the day, exactly 20 days passed and I called 15 times and kept hearing the same sentences. Finally, I returned from out of town and went to the branch and they told me that it would be investigated and they would get back to me within 48 hours at the latest, but I was not surprised at all. . There is still nothing, I will send my complaint everywhere, especially CIMER. It's not about money anymore, you ruined my time and my psychology and you will make up for it! If it's about the club, it's the reason why I won't become a member of the club again. I used to leave work early and try to catch up so that I could attend group lessons, but unfortunately, even though there were 3-4 people, the lessons were not held, they made an excuse every day, and when the excuse was over, they could not hold the lesson with 4 people. Then turn it off. Anyway, I made a complaint to the authorities there, don't worry, we will solve it, but come and see, there is nothing, it continued again and why should I continue my membership after all this? And 10 more of my friends canceled their memberships along with me.
