Luvs Diapers Allergic Reaction & Leaks

I've always used Huggies diapers for my 8-month-old baby, but last week, I couldn't resist a sale on Luvs diapers at the supermarket. I bought three packs, especially since the reviews weren't bad. However, after we started using them, my baby developed some allergy issues. Red spots appeared in his diaper area, and he clearly seemed uncomfortable. We never had this problem with the previous brand. The second issue was leaking. With the previous diapers, even if we didn't change them for a couple of hours, there were no leaks. But yesterday morning, I discovered that all of his urine had leaked out, and his bed was soaked. We've decided to switch back to Huggies as soon as we finish the Luvs diapers. This experience has been disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend Luvs diapers, especially for babies with sensitive skin.
