I Bought Goon Size 5 Diapers on Sale but They’re Stiff, Leak Easily, and Unusable

I’ve been using Goon diapers for quite a while now and have always been satisfied with the quality—until this most recent purchase. I bought three packs of Goon brand size 5 diapers during a discount promotion, and I immediately noticed something was wrong. The inside of the diapers feels incredibly stiff and rough, almost as if a soft layer was completely forgotten during manufacturing.

Because I’ve used this brand for so long, the difference was obvious. Even the slightest amount of urine causes the diaper to leak. My baby ends up wet every time, and the diaper is clearly not doing what it's supposed to. This is completely unacceptable for a premium-priced diaper that’s marketed as gentle and absorbent.

Now I’m stuck with three full packs of diapers I can’t use. I need an urgent solution—either a replacement or refund. Please take responsibility for this quality issue and respond promptly. Parents rely on consistent product performance, and this batch is far below your usual standard.
