L’Oréal True Match Foundation Causes Skin Peeling and Uneven Tone

I recently purchased L’Oréal Paris True Match foundation from the Gratis store in Aliağa, İzmir, and have been using it for about a week. I applied the product once daily, always after using a moisturizer. The moisturizer I use is also from your brand (Hydra Genius / Moisture Therapy line). However, after applying the foundation, I noticed that after some time my skin tone became uneven and my skin started visibly peeling. This created a very unpleasant appearance on my face and made me quite uncomfortable.

So far, I have not contacted either L’Oréal Paris or Gratis customer service, as I preferred to share the issue directly here first. I request that the product be examined, that appropriate support for my skin be provided, and if necessary, that I be referred for dermatological evaluation. Additionally, I would like a resolution such as a product replacement or a refund.
